Meet The Founder
Giuli Schacht is a visionary business strategist and media producer with 20+ years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of sustainability, design, and community development. She’s led award-winning projects in real estate, economic development, and creative production—most notably The Rise of the Creative Class with Dr. Richard Florida and the Daytona 500 Flash Mob.
As former President of the Creative Industry Alliance and founder of Film House/Soho Alley, Giuli played a key role in revitalizing Winston-Salem’s Arts District. Now based in High Point, NC, she’s leading Go Natural Production: "The High Point Project", a international TV design competition blending biophilic design and eco-conscious living—spurring new jobs, investment, and a bold vision for High Point as a year-round hub for innovation and sustainable design.
Giuli is a recipient of the Aurora Gold Award and the Count Zinzendorf Beautification Award. She holds certifications from UNC School of the Arts (Film & Video Production) and San Francisco State University (Business/Marketing).
